Caladrius-Ra is a proud son of our beautiful Qublat Anubis... This handsome Asil colt has almost the same markings as his dad and a lovely cherry chestnut foal coat... his oily dark skinned areas and the soft pinking and vivid eye truly make him so irresistible and adorable... look at the expression he has and the cheeky eye... he is about to breathe and whinny :)
His name is a composite of two "deities"... Caladrius in honor of the mythical white bird, known for predicting/knowing the fate of an ill or injured person and Ra, as an attribute of royalty :)
This is the beautiful Fabian Arabian colt sculpture by Pam DeMuth... he was painted by Pam many years ago and we updated him in oils with her permission, making him a correct sabino, to match his sire... his parents are so proud of him... he truly inherited their beauty and has an impeccable pedigree.
