LBR Pluie de thé is a Straight Egyptian-Asil x Polish filly by our beautiful fleabitten grey Asil stallion Ăl-ĭksīr. She is a sibling to the world renowned Polish stallion Pogrom ®. Their lovely bay Polish dam Petla ®, is from the famous Janów Podlaski stud. The beauty and heritage of sire and dam resulted in this adorable bay based fleabitten grey filly.
She is a lovely and sweet tempered filly, who came to us from Germany, where she had been staying for a few years with a friend.
Pluie de thé means "tea rain" in French and LBR stands for the creating artist's signature LuckenBach Ranch, given to each of her original sculptures. Juliane Garstka is famous for her lifelike work, which shows in this adorable little piece of just under 4 inches in height.
This is a one-of-a-kind sculpture made of a hard "modeling compound" type of material. Most of Juliane Garstka's pieces are haired, but this one is entirely sculpted, making it even more unique.
As passionate tea-o-philes, we thought to give her a "delicate" French name, because her lovely coat reminded us of softly falling tea leaves, possibly on snow :)
We are most pleased with this little treasure and her sire Ăl-ĭksīr is most proud :)
Check out her pedigree and photos below :)
