Neige d'Indochine is one of our gorgeous Ben-Hur daughters... just like her sire, she sports an immaculate white coat with the dramatic attributes of a white grey, topped by a typical phenotypal detail often seen in Arabs - vitiligo or depigmentation of the skin, which in Neige's case affects all the prone areas to this, making her a truly striking filly...
Neige d'Indochine is particularly gentle and calm and loves to be handled and in company of humans... She inherited the outstanding beauty of her sire and the gentle character of her dam, Bint Bhendi, who is a chestnut based going fleabitten grey SE mare.
We named this delightful fairytalesque filly Neige d'Indochine, which is French for "Vietnam Snow" or "Snow of Vietnam"... the French still use the historic word "Indochine" to refer to Vietnam. Since we purchased two of this sculpture from Polish artist Anna Dobrowolska-Oczko - one for us and one as a gift for our love (a 'Nam vet) - and due to her beautiful immaculate white snow-like coat, we thought it would make a wonderful name and moment to remember...

This adorable mare is the "pregnant Arabian mare" resin by Dutch based Polish artist Anna Dobrowolska-Oczko of Horse and Bird, who custom painted her for us in this striking color - thank you, Anna !!
