Perelín is a lovely tipey colt by our Straight Russian stallion DA Pierrot du réverbère and from our beautiful Pagode de jade.
He has the typical classic Russian look and also carries Weil-Marbach and Egyptian blood, making his pedigree very interesting.
Perelín inherited both his parents' grey gene and despite his sire having a black base coat and his dam a bay one, he has a chestnut base coat and still sports a beautiful dappley steel grey coat.
He was named after the magical nightly Perelín forest, in Michael Ende's immortal Neverending Story.
This is the lovely Mini sized resin "Asad" by prized American sculptress Leisel Suhr and was painted in oils by Swedish Patricia Lawson.
UPDATE : Perelín sustained an injury on the left front cannonbone and right ear... the vet hospital took great care of the serious injuries, as despite the obvious esthetical scars, the horse is as fit as before the accident. It makes him the more precious.
Check out his pedigree & photos below :)
